ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Katrina Weiss State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. We are ideally looking for a candidate WITH State Farm ECRM experience and insurance licenses to work remotely. If you do NOT have State Farm experience, this position must be in person only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous and RECENT State Farm experience preferred.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
